You will be talking to customers over the phone, bringing your personality to life and making honest connections that inspire, engage and put a smile on both your and your customers' face. Expect to fight a few fires - you never know what the next call may involve and what enquiry you may need to solve - but you know you can and you know you will and you will take pride from achieving another win for the customer.

We have targets and KPI's, but who doesn't right? The heart of our targets is ensuring the customer is looked after, given honest and correct information and their needs are met. This doesn't faze you though; you would only ever do what is the best for a customer anyway, so you set yourself tougher targets and strive towards them.

35 hours per week, shift work within the hours of Monday to Friday 8am to 7pm, Saturday 9am to 5pm. Whilst working from home, until restrictions are lifted, shifts will fall between 8:30am and 5:30pm Monday to Friday.

The start date for this role will be June, with assessment centres throughout May.
