We are looking for a Customer Service Adviser to support our busy customer service centre. Based in our new office in Tolvaddon, you will be the first point of contact for all repair and housing related requests from our customers. This may include carrying out fault diagnostics, establishing access arrangements and booking appointments.
This role is being offered on a part time, permanent basis . Working 8 hours per week on a Monday only.

About The Candidate
To be considered for the role of Customer Service Adviser you will:
- be confident speaking to a wide range of customers in a sensitive manner
- have excellent communication and rapport building skills
- be empathetic and patient
- be able to input and extract data whilst communicating by telephone to ensure the customer's repair is fixed on a first time basis
- have good IT and record keeping
- have excellent customer service skills
- have experience in a similar role
