Customer Service Administrator

£17,800 (including benefit allowance)
24 days holiday plus bank holidays
8% non- contributory pension scheme, optional ability to boost through personal contributions

About the role
You will be providing vital administrative support to various teams in the business to ensure that client requests are processed correctly and that we comply with the principles of Treating Customers Fairly. Part of a team that focuses on Tax Year End projects for clients, you will be working to solve problems to deadlines, present information in a way that is easy to understand and make recommendations to improve our operations, service and processes.

For this important role, you'll need to be a strong communicator with good numeracy and literacy skills, as well as excellent interpersonal skills. We're looking for someone who can manage their own time and workload under moderate guidance and supervision, taking responsibility for the results and impact of their work. It's important you are confident with PCs and the Microsoft Office package. Previous office experience or background in a relevant or client-facing job is a plus, as is understanding of the industry, but demonstrating the right attitude and values is the single most important thing we look for.
Salary, benefits & working hours
Our office is open from 8am-5pm. Everyone only works a 7 hour shift per day (plus one hour for lunch) and the same shift all week for your ease of planning.
