You will beresponsible for coordinating and monitoring all compliance operations, Estatesand Facilities and energy management systems. You will lead on Departmentalbest value initiatives and manage, develop, maintain and improve the TEN GroupBuildings, Mechanical & Electrical Infrastructure and Estates.
Applicantsshould have Legionella Management in Premises training and Asbestos Managementtraining or have willingness to undertake, experience in managing anddelivering "Compliance" and of energy management processes and procedures.
