An exciting opportunity to step into a Commercial Manager within the Large Kitchen Appliance Team. This is pivotal role within the Large Kitchen appliance squad, working hand in hand with the buying team, building strong relationships with our biggest suppliers and working closely with all other functions across Dixons Carphone to build, plan and execute the customer and commercial strategy and develop our business for future growth.

As market leaders in this category we work closely with our suppliers to generate new demand bringing world class marketing campaigns to launch innovative new products and technology.

As part of this role, you'll be responsible for:
Taking the lead on key supplier marketing relationships, working closely with a range of different brands and partners to design and deliver marketing plans across all channels, both above the line and owned channel executions
Working closely with the buying team to understand key commercial levers such as revenue, profit & growth, ensuring the marketing plans meet these briefs
Being the champion for delivering a great customer experience & shopping journey in all channels, challenging both the category team and key stakeholders to drive improvements as well as bringing appropriate insight and analytics to help support and deliver key category & customer propositions in this area
Helping to shape the category strategy & key priorities, working closely with stakeholders to develop and deliver the right propositions across all relevant channels
Understanding and integrate the product roadmap from key partners to ensure we bring new technologies to market in the right way for both brand and customer
Desired Skills & Experience:
Proven track record of building internal and external relationships at all levels
Ability to create mutually beneficial marketing plans for both customer, supplier and Dixons through a range of different channels
Strong commercial acumen - able to understand key revenue & profit drivers as well as campaign ROI and customer insight data
Excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills
