We are Siemens Financial Services (SFS),providing tailored financial solutions to drive business models of the future.

Your challenge as the Collector is to useyour negotiation and excellent customer service skills to minimise companylosses by collecting all overdue rentals in a timely manner by means oftelephone, letter and e-mail; chasing overdue rentals and minimising the numberof agreements submitted to Legal Recoveries.

What part will you play:

  • Minimise customer arrears bychasing debt via telephone, letter, and e-mail, adhering to the collectionsguideline and UK legislation.
  • Maximise recoveries oninsolvency cases by working quickly to establish if there are any potentialbuyers for the insolvent company or our equipment (and in cases where therearen't, fast tracking the agreement for termination and uplift of ourequipment).
  • Resolve customer complaints byinvolving SFS introducers and internal Sales team members where appropriate.
  • Ensure the customer maintainstheir rentals whilst we assist them.
  • Follow the Collectionsguidelines in order to ensure all collections related activity is withinspecified compliance requirements.
  • Escalate any potential issueson agreements whereby the customer holds a high exposure with Siemens FinancialServices.
  • Meet all KPI and targets set.

What we're looking for:

With your excellent communication skills,your positive and team orientated attitude, you will be able to work wellwithin structured processes with the ability to manage high volumes of casesefficiently and effectively. You will have:

  • Good knowledge andunderstanding of UK Insolvency and consumer credit laws.
  • Good negotiation and conflictresolution skills.
  • Previous experience withincollections is essential for this opportunity.
  • Ideally you will have knowledgeof contracts and consumer credit as well as experience of Banking, Leasing orFinance Agreements.
  • Sound knowledge of assetfinance products, structures and documentation would be advantageous.
