Alongside the executive search practice sit two fast-growing divisions: for interim leadership and for leadership and talent consultancy. We have a national reputation for our work across public services and are market leaders in this field. We operate within complex markets that frequently undergo change and are subject to high degrees of governance, external audit and public scrutiny.

We have a fantastic opportunity to join our Leadership & Talent Consultancy (LTC) as Client Solutions Manager. In this new role, you'll be working with our close-knit and highly skilled team of Consultants and Partners who are driven to provide ground-breaking products and services to our clients.

An opportunity awaits to grow LTC even further and at a faster pace, with your help, opening new doors and making the most of our marketing campaigns and events. As a representative of GatenbySanderson and LTC, you'll be swiftly and intelligently building relationships at the highest levels; with Chairs, Chief Executives and Directors.

What you'll do:

  • Work with Partners and Practice Leads to identify target lists.
  • Ensure all leads are followed up, to exploit every opportunity to prospect new clients.
  • Maintain regular contact with potential clients of the future.
  • Report monthly to the Practice Leads on activity by sector.
  • Build relationships internally with Marketing, Practice Leads and Consultants, and streamline the lead generation process.
  • Maintain and update the database at every possible opportunity.
  • Ensure your colleagues are updated with feedback and any news and market developments.
  • Support your colleagues wherever possible to generate leads from their endeavours.

    To be successful you'll need:

  • Experience of selling People Services, and ideally experience working with a test publisher
  • Experience of selling into public sector clients would be advantageous
  • Proven track record in telesales from a target driven environment
  • Advanced experience of prospecting/lead generation
  • Proven experience of high work rate
  • Excellent communication skills, with good accuracy and attention to detail.
  • A positive self-starter who has customer care at the forefront of their mind always.
