We're currently looking for a business specialist to join our UK&I Go To Market CI Business Specialist team based in Nottingham. This is a pivotal role responsible for providing data expertise and advice particularly around our customer management, collections, data quality using client and bureau reference data within our products and propositions. The specialist will assist the sales teams in the articulation of the value of these solutions and how they can be implemented into our client's processes. #L1-RJ1
The role of the business specialist will be responsible for supporting the account management teams in the selling and advising on the following product set:
Delphi for Customer Management
Training will be provided on these products.
The applicant must be IT and Data literate from either a systems design or modelling background.
Collaboration with Product teams, Data Office, GTM and the other Sales Specialists function is a must for the success of this role. What are we looking for?
Over 5 years of client and/or sales experience
Good understanding and experience of Experian's sales and pre-sales processes
Analytical, product development or IT experience either within Experian or with clients
Knowledge of client credit lifecycle, data management and data governance processes
The ability to perform data analysis to solve client problems
Strong knowledge of Experian's Data and Data Technologies.
Ability to build relationships with clients and other areas of Experian
