Who we're looking for
This is a great opportunity to join the Proposition and Engagement Squad Operational Team, enabling the effective running of change squad and its initiatives, deploying product innovation, enhancements and technical capability across product lines, with far reaching and tangible impacts across the Society and ultimately member experience!

Working closely with both Product Owners and Delivery Managers within the squad, you'll be providing a reliable and robust service to support the effective running of the team.  You'll demonstrate the ability to engage with people across communities, actively managing the demand on the squad, producing accurate capacity and performance reporting. You'll work closely with our third-party product partners, to ensure we meet the governance and control demands on our joint change agenda. You'll be able to manage your time effectively to balance the various demands on the role and actively seek to improve our ways of working.

As a minimum requirement, we'll need you to demonstrate:• Great verbal and written communication skills• Good knowledge and experience of using Microsoft Office• Ability to build strong working relationships and networks within and beyond Nationwide• Ability to influence and gain commitment from varying stakeholders• Highly organised individual, with the ability to prioritise workload with conflicting priorities• An understanding of change delivery within Nationwide and the tools that we use• Resilient character comfortable operating in a delivery focused environment

What you'll be doing
As part of the Operational Support Team for the Proposition and Engagement Squad, you'll be responsible for the provision of accurate and efficient operational/administrative support, central to the effective running of the team.  Your key responsibilities will be to:

• Effectively operate the change/initiative demand process for the squad • Produce and maintain the squad roadmap/backlog, including support to the meeting cadence• Operate the capacity management process for the squad, producing resource/capacity reporting• Produce the squad portfolio dashboard - performance/oversight of inflight change• Provide administrative support to squad meetings and our Joint Change Committees with our third-party product partners• Maintain the squad Sharepoint site and distribution lists, ensure it is accurate and up to date, including the control of access permissions and content• Look for ways to improve the ways of working in the squad, continuous improvement to the operational activities
