We are looking for a highly creative and results-orientated Brand Campaign Manager to join us and help us realise our future growth ambition. You must be hungry, brilliant at what you do and a joy to work with. This maternity cover will be starting at a really exciting time for Hiscox, playing an important role in leading delivery of our new brand and marketing strategy.
What you'll be doing:
Responsible for leading the TTL campaign planning and delivery of our Hiscox UK brand and marketing plans - from big ideas that drive awareness, through to targeted, fresh and timely content that engages and drives intent
Shaping, delivering and optimising the digital marketing plans to ensure the optimum engagement approach, building efficient prospecting and retargeting strategies, with the right content being delivered to the right people at the right time
Partnering and managing our fantastic media and creative agencies to deliver best-in-class campaigns
Working closely with the Search, Acquisition Marketing, Digital, Insight and PR teams, as well as other areas of the business, to align and leverage opportunities to bring our wonderful and differentiated brand to life
Executing brilliantly - from writing campaign briefing, to reporting on performance, to managing budgets and timelines
Person Specification: Our must-haves:
You will have over 5 years digital marketing experience, be confident in managing prospecting and retargeting activity, and be up to date with the latest techniques and targeting approaches for reaching customers in the digital space
You will be extremely customer-focused and insight-led, understanding the role that content and other communications can play at the different stages of the customer journey
You have a strong creative flair and media understanding, with lots of experience in managing external media and creative agencies, production companies and/or content creators
You should be able to fluently report on performance, with experience in utilising numerous techniques, as well as applying continuous test and learn methodology
You will need to be highly organised with practical experience of independently running multiple projects with challenging timeframes and deliverables
You will have strong influencing skills, combined with excellent written and verbal communication, capable of working with people at all levels - within and outside of the business
Our nice to haves:
Financial services experience would be desirable but not essential
