This is an exciting opportunity for a talented and motivated individual to join BBC Wales in the role of Business Partner, Post Production. This brand new position is offered ahead of the move to our fabulous new broadcast centre in Cardiff's Central Square later this year.

We're searching for a high energy, experienced and successful individual to be a focal point for our internal and external customers. You'll work closely with the Post Production and craft teams to promote our services and ensure the highest quality and service delivery, always aiming to exceed customer expectations.
The role will help to drive business through our new facilities at Central Square, retain and attract the very best talent and personify a team culture that prides itself on service quality, creativity, and collaboration.
Are you the right candidate?
Our ideal candidate is passionate, energetic, and inspirational, possesses great values and celebrates teamwork and diversity. You should have a good knowledge of the post production process (either from working in post production or on productions) and an up to date understanding of the external post production market and wider indie sector.
You'll be completing tender documents to win business and providing financial reports and commentary. So we're looking for a strong communicator, business-minded with broad networks and the ability and confidence to sell a vision. Someone who can negotiate with clients, understand their needs and make the right deals.
Working closely with the Post Production Lead, Head of Operations, Head of Technology and the Chief Operating Officer, you'll be a decision maker and key business influencer. You'll think strategically and support the long term success of BBC Wales Post Production and Graphics.
