Ensure that appropriate prioritising, planning, resourcing and contingency for customer issues are integrated into programme and resource plans so they are central to delivery and aligned to L&G's Customer Experience and Treating Customers Fairly Policy.

Skills Required

Organisational Awareness

Understanding the hierarchy and culture of own, customer and supplier organisations and being able to identify the decision makers and influencers in order to successfully implement target-operating model.

Information Modelling Tools

Proficient in the selection and application of information gathering methods, tools and techniques which are appropriate to the information required and the sources available. Examples: contextual enquiries, focus groups, structured interviews, questionnaires, observation, statistical analysis.


Aware of principles, methods, techniques and tools for the effective management of the testing process and the execution of tests throughout the lifecycle of development projects. Examples: test scenario planning, defect analysis
