Role Summary: The UK&I Resourcing function focuses on optimising people productivity to drive business performance, quality, employee experiences and engagement through supply, demand and experience management. The Resourcing CoE is at the heart of the function to:
Ensure Resourcing team capabilities can respond to SL needs
Drive technology enablement and improve data quality and insight for better decisions
Drive offshoring and automation of Resourcing activities
Drive investigation and analysis of new innovative technologies and projects
This is an exciting opportunity to work at a regional level leading the Resourcing function through significant change in how we drive business intervention with real time data analytics and trend analysis. The ability to understand business drivers and complex data to create dynamic dashboards and reporting solutions that better enable our teams to influence business performance is critical to the role.

Engage with data analytics functions across the firm, e.g., Finance, to provide a single source of the truth of SL trends and Resourcing implications
Lead the offshore dynamic dashboard team on UK&I required enhancements and development sprints for existing tools and creation of new solutions
Train and upskill end users in effective and efficient use of data analytics solutions
Manage data production SLAs ensuring that analytics and reporting solutions are consistently delivered and aligned to business need
Act as the Mercury representative for the reporting and MI workstream ensuring the needs of our function are being met by future Mercury design
A member of the CoE council
Knowledge and Skills Required:
Strong skills in statistical analysis, data visualisation and the ability to translate data into insight
Strong communicator with ability to interface between the business and IT to clearly articulate system design requirements
Demonstrate strong understanding of the complexities of our resourcing function, the UK firm and our systems
Experience in systems development, testing and support
Strong attention to detail analytical skills - process, methodical and solution minded
Project Management experience
Strong presentation and training skills and experience
At least 5 years' experience of running a BI and Analytics function
