We are currently looking for customer focused individuals to join us in our Contact Centre.
This isn't a stop gap. It's designed to be the start of a meaningful career. You'll be responsible for delivering a truly memorable customer experience to new and existing customers on a wide range of Savings products. We'll teach you all about our amazing products, so don't worry if you're inexperienced in ISA's or baffled about bonds we'll give you all you need to deliver a top notch customer service. Everything that you'll do will be in accordance with the relevant internal & external policies, regulations & guidelines to keep us safe and ensure that we keep our customers well informed.
We're looking for individuals who have worked in a Customer Service environment, ideally with sales experience. We want people who are going to put our customers at the heart of every activity and interaction. You'll be confident using all available communication methods with our customers and we'll give you a head full of knowledge plus all the tools you need to wow our customers. You'll just need to bring bags of energy and enthusiasm. That's essential.

Salary: starting from £18,000 (depending upon experience) plus amazing benefits.
Contract: Permanent and Temporary
You will be required to work a shift rotation between 8am and 8pm Monday-Friday; 8am - 4pm Saturday and 10am - 3pm Sunday.
