The Graduate Development Program (GDP) Manager will lead the GDP team, including both direct reports and others, responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of a robust international graduate recruitment and development program.
oversee the coordination and administration of all aspects of the program including planning, organizing, leading, budgeting and controlling program activities
work with key stakeholders within the CRB business to ensure that the program is both supporting the CRB Talent Strategy and building a robust pipeline of young diverse talent while simultaneously meeting the more immediate and tactical needs of the business
collaborate with resources to build and enhance development and delivery of instructional programs and supporting technical, professional and leadership skill development of program participant
work with key Business and Executive leaders to support company initiatives and individual development & career plans
use your skills in project management, meeting facilitation, business partnering, communications, training, talent acquisition and leadership
be comfortable communicating with a variety of global audiences while leading rotational leadership and talent development programs.
be the owner of the graduate talent program, will enable future leaders, ensure their training meets the program objectives, drive for a pipeline of diverse internal candidates for future opportunities and enable Willis Towers Watson and CRB to meet its medium and long term strategic business goals including those for diversity, leadership development and succession planning.
Strong program/project management skills preferably demonstrated in global program management & development with a background in the financial services or consulting industries.
Interpersonal skills and gravitas to liaise with both internal senior executives as well as external academic & professional bodies.
Experience working across international geographies and understanding multi-cultural diversity highly preferred.
M ust have an ability to successfully manage multiple tasks to completion. Start up or program improvement experience a huge advantage.
Must demonstrate exceptional relationship management, communication, presentation, organization and project management skills.
Bachelor's degree required. Graduate degree in education, human resources, organizational development or related business disciplines a plus.
Must have significant years of experience in Project management with an emphasis on Global program design, development and implementation.
Leadership, team supervision and strong influencing/persuasion skills and experience.
Strong skills in problem solving, planning and budgeting
High levels of business and financial acumen with an understanding of CRB and company strategy and change management
Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence within a matrix environment
