Apprentice Customer Service Advisor ( open to Customers only)

Fixed Term for 12 months (with progression opportunities available for successful candidates)

Full Time (37.5 hpw)

Salary £4.20 to £7.83 per hour, depending on age (this is reflective of NMW)

About the role

You'll be working with brilliant colleagues in our award winning Customer Service Centre (CSC) and will provide telephone and multichannel advice to a range of customers. No two days are the same and you will be supported by Michael who is passionate about apprenticeships and giving people like you the best chance possible to learn loads and launch a successful career. He also loves a checked shirt and has really cool glasses! It's a fast paced environment but the team love to have a laugh too. We're biased (of course) but it really is a fun place to work.

You'll be working full time, that's 37.5, Monday to Friday, usually between the hours of 9-5.

Please note any offer of employment is subject to a basic Disclosure check through the DBS the costs of which are met by Home Group.

Who we're looking for

You can apply for this apprenticeship if you are a current or former Home Group customer or client.

Ideally you will have good written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills and basic Microsoft Office Skills but before long you'll be a real whizz! You be great at working with people as part of a team, but must be able to work independently and use your initiative. You'll be keen to learn from others how to prioritise and manage your work load, but an eye for detail is important.
