To support the development of partnerships in line with the AIG Life plan and assist in defining the strategy for partners, aggregators and D2C
To identify, target, win and implement profitable new corporate partnerships
To be a part of and contribute towards the Partnership Leadership Team
To lead commercial and operational activities for the Partnership Channel including bid management, deal approvals, implementation programmes, contractual negotiations, risk management and operational support for partners
To support delivery of the partnership plan
Identify target organisations and develop effective relationships to maximise the new business opportunity
Manage the business development governance framework
Overall responsibility for maintaining the partnership tender library ensuring all content is Compliant and up-to-date
Work across AIG Life functions to deliver partner business requirements
Develop and lead a focused approach on bid pipeline and management of tenders

A Level passes (English and Maths would be an advantage) " degree level preferable
Five plus years of experience of financial services, in particular life protection.
Proven sales ability with a demonstrable track record
Change management experience
Excellent analytical and quantitative skills
Willing to work away from home if needed
