AIG Life Limited

  • Support the strategic management and governance of Partners who operate under AIG License.
  • To manage the day-to-day relationships with identified Carrier Partner stakeholders.
  • Support with managing the partnership governance in line with the "Carrier framework" that is in place to protect any reputational risk business to AIG Life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support with Carrier Partner governance including monthly meetings, providing visibility of adherence to the carrier framework including DQM metrics, TCF and AIG Life Value for money framework
  • Work closely to understand Carrier Partners with an aim to identify opportunities to improve customer outcomes, proactively bringing ideas forward for discussion and implementation.
  • Assist with ensuring all governance and risk requirements are managed and controlled to partner and AIG requirements.
  • Maintain strong relationships with other company functions in order to fulfil business plan objectives and actively promote the Partnership team.
  • Work with Partnerships Senior Account Manager to ensure compliance with audit recommendations and guidelines are established and managed with Carrier Partners.
  • Support the Partnerships Business Development Team with Carrier Partner tenders.
  • Maintain an understanding of the life protection market dynamics and the regulatory issues surrounding it.

  • To be engaging and articulate, able to interact positively at a senior level both internal and externally
  • A self-starter with ability and desire to develop
  • Good influencing, presentation and organizational skills
  • Numerate with strong excel, power-point and database skills/experience
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Effective prioritisation and execution of tasks in a high-pressure environment
  • Analytical and problem-solving capabilities

Technical Skills and Expertise
  • Good level of education preferably A' Level or degree or equivalent
  • Relevant experience of financial services
  • Proven sales ability with a demonstrable track record
  • IT literate
  • Organised and methodical
  • Team Player
  • Willing to work away from home if needed
