Job description

Hours: 24 hours per week

Location: Orlando, FL
Closing date: 23 March 2019



In a nutshell

Responsible for delivering the highest level of personal service to our guests staying in resort in Florida and the East Coast, engaging with customers through out their holiday and going above and beyond to make their stay even more enjoyable. Contributing strongly to achieving the company's Net Promoter Score (NPS) targets as well as building and maintaining a close working relationship with our external suppliers and internal customer service department in our UK head office.


Responsibilities

  • Manage Click to chat online, via new resort application & from Concierge Website.
  • Support Hub rep with Hotel changes by searching availability each morning to reduce response times.
  • Prepare daily airport arrival manifest for Airport Teams.
  • Handle all department emails & assign to relevant teams.
  • Process Alamo upgrades.
  • Update Destination Service scores at the end of each month.
  • Confirm any travel arrangements & special requests for customers.

Excellent Communication skills, ability to communicate clearly and professionally with guests, suppliers, and Team members by phone, email, Click 2 chat, Text, etc. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; including Microsoft Dynamics, and Outlook. Must be able to travel internationally and domestically by car, train, and/or plane in addition to working extended hours on short notice.
