Job description

Position: UK Account Director Reporting to: Client Services Director Established in 1997, Resource Solutions is a provider of Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) and Managed Service Provider (MSP) solutions. Function and Responsibilities: Service Delivery
  • To be accountable for the service delivery of the Resource Solutions team and relationship management with the client at all levels
  • Ownership of the Resource Solutions onsite service which includes direct recruitment, internal mobility and redeployment management, referral management and vendor management.
  • To oversee the on-site team, who manage on behalf of the client:
    • All temporary worker and contractor recruitment
    • All permanent recruitment
    • All onboarding up to and including Partner.
  • To provide superior service and develop strong productive relationships with key HR/ Business and Resourcing stakeholders.
  • Delivering full compliance with the Service Level Agreement Between Resource Solutions and the client
  • Ensuring that SOP and Operations manuals for the team and for engaging hiring managers are kept up to date by the team.
  • Act as a final point of contact for escalations and issue resolution
  • Accountability for the governance across the account, management of monthly governance meetings and creation and presentation of Quarterly Business Reviews.
Client Drivers & Initiatives
  • Provide innovative and creative recruitment solutions in response to hiring needs and market conditions
  • Identify Continuous Improvement initiatives and drive them through to fruition
  • Proactively contribute to initiatives such as diversity by remaining up to date on the market and competitor activities.
  • Proactively contribute to the implementation of strategic initiatives to improve recruitment outcomes for KPMG
  • To provide consultative advice to the client on all recruitment activities, recruitment strategy and process
  • Identifying and implementing initiatives to improve cost effective recruitment outcomes for the client, where appropriate
  • Continue to develop the Resource Solutions profile within the client
Commercial
  • Ownership of UK site P&L
  • Driving direct sourcing across the account and ensuring effective ROI.
  • Reviewing and negotiating commercial terms in conjunction with the CSD
  • Ensure any potential high risk situations or requests to work outside of agreed contractual terms are appropriately escalated to the CSD
  • Deliver meaningful MIS information and reporting that provides recruitment measures and reflects the value Resource Solutions adds to the client
  • MIS Reporting; work with the team to provide competitor/salary benchmarking and added value market intelligence
  • Ensuring vendors' full compliance with the Service Level Agreement
  • Optimising vendor relationships to ensure a motivated supply chain providing best quality resources
  • To manage the implementation of new Resource Solutions initiatives onsite
Contract/Compliance & Process
  • To achieve operational efficiency and effectiveness in the recruitment processes
  • Creating, reviewing and updating recruitment processes to ensure best practice, internal policy compliance and external legislative compliance
  • Responsible and accountable for the integrity of data on all recruitment related systems, Resource Solutions or client systems
Staff
  • Leadership of a large, multi-sited team which at peak can be circa 22 people, across 4 locations
  • Effectively communicate the vision of the account and ensure the team are working to a common goal
  • Manage and mentor on-site Account Managers and Team Leaders.
  • Hiring on and off-site team members
  • Bi-annual performance reviews, including objective setting and bonus allocations
  • Provide team members with defined tasks and objectives
  • Provide training and mentoring to assist staff meet tasks and objectives
  • Measure staff performance and provide constructive feedback to aid in performance improvement

Other duties which are reasonably within the capabilities of a staff member in this position may need to be performed from time to time, in addition to or instead of the above duties.
