Young Professionals Network @Mondelez

Through our Young professional's network, we encourage cross-functional exchange amongst young people or the ‘young at heart’ to shape a fun & positive spirit within Mondelez. The aim of the group is to host Developmental, Inspirational and Social events for any Mondelez employees who are young in age, young in their career or young at heart. 

We do this through a variety of events, whether we host the annual Summer Sizzler which is site-wide BBQ’s with games, or LinkedIn training, or getting an Inspirational speaker such as the CEO of the Big Issue in to give a talk. Our young professionals have also hosted a presentation by Duncan Cadbury, on the heritage of Bournville and the impact Cadbury has had on the area. 

We hold various events throughout the year including the Summer Sizzler, Hot Chocolate social and Ice Cream Social just to name a few.
