Young Professionals & Allies ERG - Whether you’re in the early stages of your career or a seasoned professional who is young at heart, our AIG Young Professionals ERG is an inclusive group for anyone seeking to expand their professional networks amongst a diverse membership base with a wide-ranging level of experience and expertise. In 2012, our ERG was formally launched and expanded enterprise-wide across all AIG Companies. Our Steering Committee & Executive Sponsors have been hard at work formulating a vision and goals for our organization as we strive to identify how we can bring the most value to our members. The mission of the AIG Young Professionals Employee Resource Group is to develop, unify, and empower young professionals through increased opportunities and resources in an effort to foster their personal and professional growth.
