Women network at BNY Mellon

With a focus on retention and ongoing career progression of female talent, the Working Forwards Programme is a Wellbeing and WIN partnership event targeting parents who are currently on, or have recently returned from (<6 months) parental leave.

With an objective of demonstrating the firm’s ongoing commitment to this population of potential future leaders, the programme aims to provide:

  • An opportunity to connect with those in a similar situation;
  • Learning and insight from others’ lived experience;
  • Business connectivity and demonstration of leadership focus in their success;
  • Practical tools and techniques for resilience in a new career phase

Whether through its traditional mentoring program, or its reverse mentoring and cross-company mentoring initiatives, WIN offers high-potential female mentees with opportunities to hone their leadership skills, exchange ideas, expand their network, and learn more about how our company operates
