Wellness+ Network at Barnett Waddingham

Barnett Waddingham's wellbeing approach is to create an environment where individuals will be engaged at work, successful in what they do, and able to achieve their full potential, benefitting both their self and the business.  We use a six pillar ideology which brings together a clear approach and message in supporting wellness for colleagues and the Firm. 

We offer wellbeing action plans for a number of situations including homeworking mental health, wellness and stress risk assessment.

Our annual wellbeing calendar provides a framework for activities each month and includes focus activities such as women’s health, men’s health, giving something back, super wellness nutrition class and mental health.

Wellbeing videos and webinars are also hosted on our internal employee site and include subjects such as Being Present and Financial Wellbeing.

Our Wellness+ Network’s role is to promote and champion awareness of, and engagement in wellness and related areas, from mental health and financial wellbeing to accessibility and inclusion. The value of happiness cannot be underestimated.
