We want our people to feel happy, healthy and productive every day of the week. pot of gold at the end of the rainbow. We all know that many factors influence our wellbeing; it can be work, relationships, health or money worries or a combination of many factors. Life is never as simple or straight forward as we think it should be or want it to be!​

At Hays, we may not be able to solve all these challenges, but we can offer an environment at work where each and every one of us feels supported in some way when things don't go so well or aren't quite right.

We aim to offer a more holistic approach to wellbeing that accommodates the varying needs of our employees. As such, our overall employee wellbeing strategy is made up of 5 key pillars; My Life, My Health, My Money, My Work Environment and My Development. Each is as important as the next, because we know they all have a knock-on effect on each other.​​​

Resources for employees include access to an Employee Assistance Programme, a digital GP service, a team of Wellbeing ambassadors across the business and access to our online wellbeing tool.
