A central tool for this is the utilisation of our cultural conversation sessions called ‘RS Connect’, which sees our people come together to discuss and share topics and insights from their perspectives.
Our Wellbeing Champions throughout our business are there to support our people. With designated points of contact across each region, their role is to be on-hand to learn, empathise and signpost to the range of employee benefits available, from additional and professional help from our chosen partners should someone feel they need it. In addition, they are responsible alongside our HR teams for driving weekly initiatives to support and promote the wellbeing of our global colleagues.
