Welcome to VERCIDA website.
Skip to main contentWe want our people to feel happy, healthy and productive every day of the week. That's our unicorn - the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow. We all know that many factors influence our wellbeing; it can be work, relationships, health or money worries or a combination of many factors. Life is never as simple or straight forward as we think it should be or want it to be!
At Hays, we may not be able to solve all these challenges, but we can offer an environment at work where each and every one of us feels supported in some way when things don't go so well or aren't quite right.
We aim to offer a more holistic approach to wellbeing that accommodates the varying needs of our employees. As such, our overall employee wellbeing strategy is made up of 5 key pillars; My Life, My Health, My Money, My Work Environment and My Development. Each is as important as the next, because we know they all have a knock on effect on each other.
OUR PILLARS OF WELLBEING
LifeWorks – an independent employee assistance programme. It is provided free of charge and entirely confidentially for you and your family to use. You can access it online from your work or home computer, from a mobile using the app or you can call them to speak to a supportive and professional consultant. LifeWorks can:
Digital Doctor – Hays has partnered with Babylon, in association with Bupa, to offer employees free, 24/7 health information and GP appointments
POWR – POWR is a mobile friendly, simple to use online resource tool that focuses on a number of different aspects of your life; Mind, Sleep, Work, Life Food and Activity. It provides you with a bespoke plan to follow and guidance to help you to improve your wellbeing.
Sharesave – a savings plan where you can save a fixed regular amount directly from your pay, over a period of three years. Once that period is over, you can then buy Hays shares at an agreed discounted price. If you don't wish to buy Hays shares, or the share price drops below the discounted price, then you get your savings back.
Share your experience, tips and advice with other job seekers on how they can land their dream job. The best contributions will get published!
