Wellbeing and Support at CAA

The wellbeing of our colleagues is important to us. When our staff feel well, they benefit, our work improves and our stakeholder experience is enhanced.

There is a dedicated wellbeing team to oversee this important strategy, safeguarding the physical and mental wellbeing of our people from signing the Time to Change pledge, through training Mental Health First Aiders and building a staff gym to supporting staff on their work-life balance. We offer direct support to our employees through:

An Employee Assistance Programme (EAP):

Fully trained advisers are at hand to support work or home related issues 24 hours a day, 7 days week

Mental Health First Aiders (MHFAs):

We have a network of MHFAs right across the business to listen, reassure, respond and signpost


Available for colleagues who have injuries or conditions related to or affecting their work

Wellbeing Learning:

We offer courses to support mindfulness, managing change, stress management and personal resilience and relaxation

Occupational Health:

Supporting colleagues recovering from illness to ensure a safe return to work at the right time

Staff Gym:

The new free staff gym opened at our Gatwick office in January 2019. Discounted gym memberships are available for colleagues that are not based in Gatwick
