Transition at Work Policy at Colt

Our Global Transition at Work Policy was launched in 2019 to support transgender employees and those with non-binary identities intending to transition at work. The policy provides guidelines and highlights the support available for the transitioning employee, as well as for managers and other employees involved in the transition process.

Our goal is to create an inclusive environment where people feel welcomed and valued and we’re committed to supporting transgender employees and those with non-binary identities to ensure that they are treated with fairness, respect and dignity.
