Training & Development at Revolent

Upon joining Revolent, all consultants take part in 8-12 weeks of initial training. This allows them to upskill and gain their first two professional certifications before onboarding onto client site.

Throughout their two years on-site, our Revols gain commercial experience working on our clients’ projects and have their own Personal Development Plan (PDP) created for them. By working one on one with our Development Coaches, this customised learning strategy allows our Revols to continue to upskill and gain additional certifications.

For corporate staff, all employees are provided with a customised onboarding plan to help them gain a solid understanding of Revolent and become embedded into our teams.
