The Princes Trust at ENGIE

Prince’s Trust work with young people from disadvantaged backgrounds aged between 13 and 30.  The Get into Building Services programme will provide approx. We offer work experience and training to young people aged 16-30 with the objective of getting them into positive outcomes (education, training or ideally employment). Coming from disadvantaged backgrounds these young people face multiple barriers to work, so the programme is designed to give them practical experience and build confidence enabling them to move into work. ENGIE are looking to recruit as many as possible into our business, and potentially could be able to offer apprenticeships to young people but want to work with our partners to place all young people into employment.

As part of the programme they will also receive accredited Health & Safety Level 1 training as well as gain their CSCS cards. They will also be given employability support such as CV workshops and interview skills.
