THE LGBTQI+ NETWORK AT DIXONS CARPHONE

Pride of DC is our LGBTQ+ Employee Resource Group (ERG). It’s a community for colleagues that identify as LGBTQI+ and their allies, to share and support topics close to their heart. The Group focuses on everything from internal organisational policy and systems reviews, to creating a safe space where the community can come together to socialise, educate and network across the business. In the future, it aims to get involved in Pride marches and community events. In the meantime, Pride of DC is enabling colleagues to be their true selves and to have their voices heard. Everyone wins in a diverse business where people are treated equally and free to be themselves.
