The Early Careers Network at Birmingham City Council

The Early Careers Network primarily provides peer-to-peer support through regular calls and social events to create a sense of community and engagement in a safe and welcoming space.

We provide career and personal development opportunities to enhance members’ professional knowledge and skills, and promote Birmingham City Council as an employer of choice to local students and graduates. This network is open to all, and anyone can join our group!
