The DWF Foundation

In December 2015, we launched our own charitable foundation with the sole aim of providing funds, resources and support to help our communities to achieve their full potential. The DWF Foundation has so far distributed £12,000 to local charities and raised over £49,000. The launch marked a significant step in our journey to develop a culture of contribution. It demonstrates that when we all work together we can make a significant, positive impact on our communities.

5 things you should know about the DWF Foundation!

  1. It’s a registered charity, is independent of DWF and has a board of 12 Trustees recruited from within the firm.
  2. Our operating costs are funded by DWF so every penny raised by our people goes to support good causes.
  3. Through The DWF Foundation we hope to build upon the excellent work that our local CSR Teams already do with our local communities in supporting our CSR themes of Education, Employability, Wellbeing and Homelessness.
  4. We give small grants under £5k to support initiatives that develop and improve our local communities.  Any charity wanting support can apply online at http://www.dwf.law/about-us/dwf-foundation/
  5. The DWF Foundation isn’t just about money, it’s about supporting our people to make a positive difference in our local communities through donating time, money, expertise and resources
