Sustainability Matters at Colt

The transformative power of connectivity can only come to life through sustainable operations.  Sustainability is a core ingredient of Colt’s DNA and its future business strategy. As such, sustainability matters at all levels of the organisation.

We see that the future of connectivity, through our vast data centre and network infrastructure,  needs to have sustainability at its core, to support our customers and all our stakeholders. Therefore, we have centred sustainability and zero-carbon action as key elements for the future of our business.

We highlight environmental management efforts at all levels of the organisation, and we aim to integrate it into everything we do: from encouraging offices to go paperless and change to more efficient LED lights, to shifting our company fleet to electric vehicles, to mandating all employees to undergo Environmental Awareness Training, and to using energy providers that focus on using renewable energy.

Sustainability matters and we engage in sustainable actions, big and small.

We believe that transparent environmental performance targets will need to underpin business action for the future. We will use science-based targets to drive the organisation’s carbon reduction programme, and we aim to be on the forefront of our industry in establishing new low-carbon business norms.
