We have a Parents & Carers Network to provide support to partners, staff and their families on all aspects of parenting, caring and wellbeing.

We have internal mentors and Parental Support Champions across all areas of the business, to support all partners and staff before, during and following maternity, paternity, shared parental leave or any other extended leave.

We have corporate membership with CityParents, a network for professionals who have a shared interest in balancing family life with a career. All employees have free access to their events and cross-company networking opportunities.

We have an online portal with My Family Care to provide a range of resources and help through webinars, 'speak to an expert' support line, blogs and practical advice.

We host 'lunch and learn' seminars on family, health and wellbeing and career progression topics, and an external consultant provides one to one 'parenting clinics' on a regular basis.
