With a spotlight on mental wellbeing like never before, we hav e worked hard in recent years to train over 200 people in the UK&I to become qualified Mental Health First Aiders (MHFA) with more to come. We believe our work in this space and these roles are pivotal to support us all. Our people volunteer to be trained and are here to support anyone who is experiencing emotional distress, mental health issues or who just want to talk, whether it be personal or work related. Our MHFA are specially trained to ensure the right network of support is put in place depending on individual needs.
As part of our journey we have also chosen Mind, an industry leader in this space, as our charity of choice to ensure we are continually offering our people the best support and tools to promote mental wellbeing across our entire workforce which includes 24/7 access to our confidential employee assistant programme.
