Our Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender plus (LGBT+: we use the plus (+) to ensure that we are inclusive of all identities) network OUTfront supports our Active Inclusion ethos, to drive an organisation that is more inclusive and better equipped to support colleagues and clients in an increasingly diverse global marketplace.

This includes OUTfront Allies: team members who are committed to ensuring that we work in a respectful environment, and support the LGBT+ community in challenging homophobia, biphobia and transphobia, and by educating others on the importance of inclusion.
