Staff Network Groups at ITV

ITV is committed to making the company a great place to work. We want to harness the talents of all our colleagues and always strive to be at the heart of popular culture. We celebrate the creativity that is generated by the diverse backgrounds of our teams, on-screen, online and behind-the-scenes. We believe that we can best achieve success by working inclusively as OneITV.

The Women’s Network

We launched our Women’s Network in July 2016, to give a platform where topics from a female perspective can be discussed and shared.

Our Network will be open to everyone and we are excited to see what arises!

ITV Pride 

ITV Pride is our network group for LGBT colleagues and allies, dedicated to supporting all colleagues – permanent, contract and freelance – regardless of their sexual orientation and wherever they work across ITV.

We engage colleagues in ITV Pride issues and activities with regular communication updates to the entire Company via ITV’s intranet; The Watercooler and also on the ITV Pride Facebook page.

We worked with Stonewall to produce an anti-bullying video for schools. 

Ambassadors 

In 2015, ITV launched a campaign to find the best people in the business to represent each and every department. Everyone was invited to put themselves forward, or someone in their team, to become a OneITV Ambassador.

All colleagues were invited to vote for who they wanted to be the voice of their team. There were over 2000 votes cast.

We now have over 80 Ambassadors across ITV and 5 Ambassador Chairs from the Senior Leadership Team in the UK and International, to steer the Ambassador meetings.
