Staff Network Groups at Atkins

To make sure everyone feels included at Atkins, and can bring their whole selves to work, we positively support self-generation of Network Groups:

ParentNet

ParentNet was set up in recognition that working parents can face challenges and work-life balance conflicts and provides them with a good support network.

Disability Network Group

The disability network is a friendly community open to all for sharing ideas, information and news.

Women’s Professional Network

Atkins have a series of Women’s Networks established across UK offices which allow females at all levels across the organisation to network with each other.

LGBT+

This is a place for Atkins employees to discuss LGBT+ issues. All Atkins employees with an interest are welcome to join, regardless of whether they identify themselves as a member of the LGBT community or otherwise.
