share learning and experiences
help staff network with colleagues from other teams
talk through any equality and diversity challenges people may have encountered within the organisation
discuss solutions to any workplace issues.
There’s lots of fantastic groups you can join on the social side of NICE. Even though we're currently working remotely, our social groups have continued to thrive.
Cultural exchange- our cultural exchange lets you meet colleagues from around the world. It's a great opportunity to learn about other cultures. All are welcome and you don't need to be from outside of the UK to come along.
Book club- our book club meets every 6 to 8 weeks. Members take it in turns to pick a book.
Coffee roulette- join the coffee roulette sessions and you’ll be randomly partnered with another staff member for a coffee and catch up
Walking and running groups- when we're in the office, members of our Manchester walking group take it in turns to lead a 30 minute walk each month. Fancy a faster pace? Our lunchtime runs could be for you.
Social committees- we’ve social committees in both our London and Manchester offices.
