Aerospace Diversity Action Committee (ADAC)

ADAC is comprised of management appointees and officers of eight Aerospace affinity groups representing African-American, American Indian/Alaskan Native, Asian-Pacific American, Latino/Hispanic, disabled, lesbian/gay/bisexual/transgender, military veterans, and women employees.

ADAC is responsible for reviewing, advising, and making recommendations to the IEO office and the Executive Council regarding programs, policies, practices, goals, and other workplace-related diversity and inclusion issues. It provides the representatives of our diverse corporate population the opportunity to discuss and develop relevant activities and serves as a valuable mechanism for broadening communication among the affinity groups, providing a forum for input on issues of concern to employees and the corporation.
