Spectrum - LGBTQ+ Network at GSK Belgium

Spectrum is GSK’s employee resource group supporting the LGBT (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender) community. Spectrum is a growing network open to all GSK employees, LGBT and allies. More than 2000 members have joined worldwide, including over 400 in Belgium.

• GSK’s reputation includes being a leader in LGBT equality

To achieve this vision, we:

• Actively engage business units to provide a supportive, nurturing forum for GSK employees across the spectrum of sexual orientation and gender identity
• Organise communication sessions with internal and external speakers on topics such as LGBT terminology, legal contexts, inclusive leadership
• Work with Human Resources, Legal and Facilities to render our policies and our workplace explicitly inclusive towards the LGBT community
• Engage externally with Belgian LGBT associations
