Social Inclusion at Dentons

We are one of the top 50 employers for social mobility in the UK in the Social Mobility Index 2018.

Our six-year solicitor apprenticeship programme, branded 'Your bright future' is aimed at school-leavers and offers an alternative route to becoming a qualified solicitor. Dentons was involved from the start in the employer-led Trailblazer group which designed the new Apprenticeship Standards.

The apprentices spend 4 days working in the London office and completing a work based portfolio, and one day a week studying with BPP University towards an LLB degree.

We support a number of initiatives aimed at increasing diversity within the profession. Our partnerships include: Aspiring Solicitors; City Gateway; Enabling Enterprise; Mosaic; PRIME; Social Mobility Business Partnership (SMBP) and Worktree.
