SHINE Multicultural Employee Network – The group strives to provide guidance and support for all employees though providing a platform for networking, career growth, visibility, and creating diversity awareness to all employees. The mission of the Employee Resource Group is to create a group for employees of any background, included but not limited to gender, ethnicity, or religious beliefs, to cultivate career growth, promote visibility, foster talent and cultural fluency, and create opportunities to be involved in our local communities.
