Second Career Initiatives at SSE

In 2019 for the first time we extended our Opportunities to Retrain / Reskill programmes into the external market. For a number of years we have only offered this opportunity to our existing employees, however we see massive benefit to both SSE internal and external candidates in offering these programmes to those looking for a change of career or an opportunity to develop in a more technical background.
