We have a range of amazing employee resource groups that provide community support, celebration and programming that are crucial to creating a space where employees feel seen, heard and a sense of belonging.
Specific cultural months and days provide the opportunity to recognise and celebrate the contributions, complexities, and richness of different cultural identities. They also provide a space for people at Meta to ask questions and learn about different cultures while giving people who identify with different identities the chance to share what they feel is most important for others to understand.
These opportunities help us build a stronger intersectional community by allowing the space to share, create understanding, and develop trust.
