The purpose of the group is to set goals and monitor progress on the LGBTQ+ action plan, using the Stonewall Workplace Equality Index (WEI) as a framework, coordinating and embedding good practice for LGBTQ+ Equality across all areas of the organisation.
The two groups report to the Equality Working Group with recommendations and commentary.
