The QBE Pride network exists to promote and support an open and inclusive workplace culture where diversity is acknowledged, respected and celebrated. It draws on the unique backgrounds, experiences and networks of LGBTI employees and allies to build an inclusive workplace and to give everyone the confidence to bring their whole selves to work.

Their vision is for:

• QBE to be recognised as a business that embraces diversity and inclusion.
• All colleagues to be informed and confident operating within an open inclusive workplace.

The network welcomes everyone, from members of the LGBT+ community to those who have an interest in supporting LGBT+ inclusion at QBE.

Pride supports many initiatives such as Pride month, IDAHOT and Transgender Day of Visibility with activities and awareness pieces across the business, including an annual key note event with a guest speaker in London.

QBE are proud to be a Stonewall Diversity Champion member, which means we participate in the definitive benchmarking tool for employers to measure their progress on LGBT+ inclusion in the workplace ‘The Workplace Equality Index’.
