LGBTQ+ at Resource Solutions

2021 has seen the launch of our LGBTQ+ Employee Resource Group (ERG). This is an opportunity for colleagues across the globe to join a network and community of people providing peer support and a true sense of belonging.  The ERG works with the ED&I council, HR & leadership team to support and drive meaningful changes through not only increasing awareness but also through the review of processes and policies across the business harnessing the perspective of those from the community.

In previous years, our people have attended Pride parades and celebrations in person on behalf of Resource Solutions and our clients. In 2021, our Pride celebrations included a Watch Party for the film It’s A Sin, a drag show quiz for our people, and one of our internal ‘Cultural Conversations’ sessions exploring what Pride means today.
